Curbside Pick-ups:

  • Contact an Ohio HD agent of your arrival into our parking lot.
  • Please remain in your vehicle and await an Ohio HD agent to exit the building with your order.
  • The agent will place the equipment down and it is the customer’s responsibility to load the equipment in his/her vehicle.
  • Please respect a 10 foot distance rule between yourself and the Ohio HD agent. 
  • Before leaving our parking lot, you must ensure your gear is all there and you have everything that you need. 
  • For large orders, you may come inside to review your order by request. We will have complimentary masks and sanitizer. 

Curbside Returns:

  • Contact an Ohio HD agent of your arrival into our parking lot.
  • Place equipment near the front door. Do not leave. Wait for an Ohio HD agent to exit the building to retrieve the gear.
  • Please respect a 10 foot distance rule between yourself and the Ohio HD agent.
  • The Ohio HD agent will take your gear inside to an isolated holding area where it will be sprayed with disinfectant and remain untouched for a minimum of 72 hours.
  • After the strict waiting period, the equipment will all be thoroughly wiped down and sanitized, and only THEN it will go through our comprehensive and detailed check-in process.

On-site Delivery & Pick-up:

  • Deliveries will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
  • An Ohio HD agent will deliver gear to the location, but will not enter the location.
  • Clients will need to unload/load the gear and transport the gear in and out of the location.
  • Please respect a 10 foot distance rule between yourself and the Ohio HD agent. 
  • Clients must inspect the package to ensure your gear is all there and you have everything that you need.
  • If a return trip is required for missing or incomplete gear it will be at the client’s expense.
