The ARRI SkyPanel S30-C is an ultra-bright and high-quality LED soft light that completely changes the game for location lighting. Focused on form, color, beam field and output, the SkyPanel represents the decade or more of research and development by ARRI. The SkyPanel S30-C has the same features that made ARRI's L7-C so popular and positions it as one of the most versatile and brightest LED soft lights on the market. Like the larger version SkyPanel S60-C, it has fully tunable and correlated color temperature adjustments from 2,800 K to 10,000 K. Additionally the unit can add full plus and minus green correction to match any lighting scenario. To make the unit shine even more, it also allows for vivid color selection and saturation over the entire color spectrum. The unit has an option for a 48V input as well as a 24V input, making the unit able to run on Anton Bauer VCLX block batteries for places where remote AC is not available. The SkyPanel has the DMX512 protocol and ARTNET integrated within the unit to control the unit remotely. With the right hardware and software you can make the light create effects and control it from a distance. In firmware version 2.0, ARRI added the ability to emulate a wide variety of well-known lighting gels.
